ORANGE-PARK LLC ("Orange-Park", "we") organises and carries out construction, manufactures concrete products, performs electrical, plumbing, heating and finishing works, buys, sells and leases its own real estate, and rents construction machinery. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Buyers and tenants
Identity data, contracts and payments; checks required by financial monitoring legislation for property purchases.
3. Customers for products and works
Contacts, delivery or site addresses, orders and invoices.
4. Equipment rental
Identity data, contracts, deposits and machine GPS data where fitted.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property, tax), legitimate interests (site and machinery security).
6. Recipients
Notaries, registrars, banks, carriers. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
